Support Contracts
Marine Software Limited provides annual support and maintenance across the full software suite. This includes fax, email and telephone support on a return to base basis.
Customers are encouraged to take up our standard support package which provides specialist support plus additional features with annual system upgrades.
We have developed a web based support site for users with support contracts. You will be able to upload your data to us for repair / offsite storage, download repaired databases, executable files, Help files and Manuals.
We will also be providing a new support tool that will allow us to view your screen so we can see what's happening with your system. You will require a username and password which will be supplied by us. Data downloads will be protected by an additional PIN number which must also be requested.
